Kimmons Care Inc.
Kimmons Care Inc. is a, privately-operated and locally owned agency that has shown to be fully-capable of meeting the changing needs of individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities since 2018.
As a family owned organization founded by an Occupational Therapist and former Educator. Our goal is to Provide Individuals With Disabilities A Safe, Clean, And Inclusive Environment.
We have been meeting the needs of the IDD Population for 15+ years via our experience with Brightstar Homes & Services, Inc in McDonough, Georgia.
At Kimmons Care Inc. it is our belief that individuals with developmental disabilities should have the benefit of real life within the community, that is, the same as any other individual.
A foundational principle which under girds our organization’s existence is that society has not only a shared responsibility but also a moral obligation to support individuals with developmental disabilities engage within his/her community to the greatest extent possible by supporting them to engage in meaningful productive work, to participate in the social, recreational and spiritual life of the community.

Our Mission:
At Kimmons Care , Inc., it is our belief that persons with developmental disabilities should have the benefit of real life within the community, that is, the same as any other person. A foundational principle which under girds our organization’s existence is that society has not only a shared responsibility but also a moral obligation to support persons with developmental disabilities engaged within his/her community to the greatest extent possible i.e. supporting them to engage in meaningful productive work, to participate in the social, recreational and spiritual life of the community. It is our belief at Kimmons Care, Inc., that persons with developmental disabilities should be granted an opportunity to develop relationships with other citizens and be treated as a valued member of society;a part of society and not apart from society. Another foundational belief that undergirds the very fabric of our organization is the belief that “to empower persons equates to strengthening communities, as a whole. Therefore, the preceding statements of belief become the basis of our mission.
In short, our mission at Kimmons Care Inc. is to support persons with developmental disabilities to reach their full potential and to become a viable part of every day community living.
Our Vision:
It is our belief at Kimmons Care Inc., that individuals with developmental disabilities should be granted an opportunity to develop relationships with other citizens and be treated as a valued member of society; as part of society and not apart from society.
